Eiji yelped as he tumbled down the stairs. His eyes went wide as he watched the floor rush up to him, completely unable to do anything to stop himself from falling forward. He landed face-forward, with his arms scraping the floor before his head. “Ow…” he moaned as he tried to pull himself up from the floor, but he was unable to do so. Instead, he opted to pull himself into a seated position on the floor.

“Eiji, are you alright?”

The red head looked up at the one and only Inui Sadaharu, who was leveling the acrobatic red head with a unreadable gaze.

“U…unya…I think so…” Eiji answered shortly, not looking up at the bespectacled youth. \

Inui sighed and dug around in his pocket for something. He approached the red head and held out his hand, waiting patiently for Eiji to reach for it. The red head did and Inui smiled lightly. He placed a band-aid on both of Eiji’s scrapped up elbows and knees. “There was a seventy-eight percent chance that you wouldn’t take good care of them and it’ll become infected,” Inui said. “Don’t forget.”

Eiji made a face at him. “Hey…how did you know that I was injured there, nya?”

Inui pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose. “I was here when you fell.”

The red head glared as he continued to pout, making himself look like a chipmunk. “Then you could have at least tried to help, nya!”

Inui only smirked and picked up the light form of Kikumaru Eiji and headed towards the nurse’s office. “If I did stopped you from falling, you wouldn’t have twisted your ankle,” Inui said while breathing in the scent of the red head. Eiji sighed and clung tighter to Inui’s shirt, blushing a light pink the whole way.
